Qualifications

• WSET Level 3 in Wine or higher required.
• Good knowledge of beers and wines essential.
• Experience in team training and stock control necessary.
• Must have experience managing shifts in a fast-paced venue.

Responsibilities

• Develop the bar team and improve product knowledge.
• Manage stock control and ordering efficiently.
• Ensure high levels of guest interaction and service.
• Maintain the pub's brand identity while executing tasks.

Skills

WSET Level 3 in Wine or higher
