As Bar Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day bar operations—leading your team to deliver outstanding service, managing stock and GP, and creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
You’ll be responsible for recruitment, training, and motivation of the bar team, ensuring the bar runs efficiently and in line with licensing, health, and safety regulations. Whether it’s ensuring product quality, monitoring performance, or collaborating with your fellow managers, you’ll lead from the front and bring the bar to life.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a passion for great drinks, great service, and great results. You’ll be a key part of our success, working towards shared targets and budget goals.
