Job summary

A well-known Belfast bar is seeking a part-time staff member for the festive season. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting the team during busy periods. Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in a similar venue and be flexible to work Friday and Saturday evenings. Please note this is a temporary part-time role. Contracts will last from November until 1st January, with potential to move to a permanent position.

Rate of pay

£12.21 per hour

What you’ll do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
• Support your team through busy shifts
• Keepcool under pressure and bring energy to every shift
• Collectand cleanglassware to a good standard (floor positions)
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently (bar positions)
• Serve drinks efficiently and to a high standard (bar positions)

What we’re looking for:

• 6 months+ experience in a busy bar or similar venue
• Cash handling experience
• Capable of delivering exceptional customer care
• Good communicators with a passion for hospitality
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume venue

Candidates must be fully flexible to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
