A leading healthcare charity in Hereford is seeking a Theatre Practitioner to join their team on a bank (part time) basis. The role involves providing exceptional patient care in a multidisciplinary team, supervising junior members, and using state-of-the-art technology. Candidates should have relevant registration with NMC or HCPC and experience in scrub roles. The position also offers the opportunity for continuous development, including Surgical First Assist training.

As a Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our hospital, you’ll be focused, detail-oriented, empathetic with great communication skills. You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. With post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment, you’re a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
