Sanctuary Trust is seeking a flexible, committed, and compassionate individual to join our bank of support workers at Sanctuary House. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide essential cover and support to our core team, evening and sleep-in-cover, weekend shifts which include sleep-in-cover. This role involves primarily lone working once induction and training are complete, with a focus on supporting adult male residents progressing towards achieving independent living.
