Overview

Bank Support Worker – Trowbridge (Wiltshire) £12.21 per hr plus sleep in allowance

Typical Shifts: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00, 08:00-17:00 + at least 1 sleep in per week

Responsibilities
  • Help people gain more independence in their daily lives within a dynamic team
  • Teach new life skills and assist with personal care
  • Encourage access to local communities, socialising and engaging in activities
  • Support people in various settings, including outings to local bars, pubs, cinema, and home activities
  • Support individuals to achieve personal goals, such as preparing meals or going on holidays

Role requirements / Qualifications
  • Preferably hold a full UK driving licence
  • Resilient, flexible and composed in approach
  • Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
  • Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma
