Overview

Priory Hospital Cardiff is looking to recruit a bank staff nurse to join the team. This is a bank role with shifts for days and nights.

Department: Nursing

Location: Priory Hospital Cardiff

Compensation: £18.73 - £21.91 / hour

Shifts: Day shifts 07:30 to 19:45; Night shifts 19:30 to 07:45

Responsibilities
  • Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.
  • Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patient’s named nurse.
  • Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess their need and evaluate their progress.

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients’ wellbeing. You will assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment.
