Join our Children’s Community Health Team at HCRG Care Group, where you’ll provide high-quality Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to children, empowering them and their families to achieve their full potential.
As a Band 5 Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in a multidisciplinary team, supporting children with a range of developmental and performance challenges.
You’ll work in partnership with families, carers, and other professionals to enable self‑management, independence, and well‑being in children’s daily lives.
Base: You will be based at one of our Surrey‑wide office hubs, with the flexibility of hybrid working to support your professional and personal needs. This role is based in the community and will include working in schools & children’s home.
