Overview

Bank Nursery Practitioner – Northampton. Job Title: Bank Staff – Level 2/3 Childcare Practitioner. Location: Northampton. Rate: starting at 13 per hour + (Dependent on qualifications and experience). Start Date: ASAP / September 2025.

Aspire People are supporting a vibrant and welcoming nursery in Northampton in their search for enthusiastic Bank Nursery Practitioners to join their team on a flexible, as-needed basis. This unique, open-plan nursery is built on the principles of child-led learning and exploration, with children moving freely between spaces to discover the world through curiosity, creativity and play.

As bank staff, you will be stepping in to support the permanent team when needed—covering staff absences, busy periods, or extra hands-on-deck moments. You’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in the nursery’s playful, inclusive ethos without committing to a set rota.

What We're Looking For
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification
