Bank Clinical Lead Nurse - Gloucester/South Wales

Bank Clinical Lead Nurse role supporting delivery of complex care packages in the Gloucestershire and South Wales regions. You will lead a regional care delivery team, ensuring high standards and compliance while providing clinical support and expertise to the wider organization.

Overview

Libertatem Healthcare Group provides complex care services for individuals with brain injuries, spinal injuries, and cerebral palsy. We deliver compassionate care in the home with a focus on high-quality client support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of complex care packages in the South East regions (including Berkshire and Hampshire) and support the regional care delivery team.
  • Develop personalised care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct holistic nursing assessments and implement changes to improve client outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to field-based care workers and nurses, including competency assessments.
  • Ensure high standards of documentation and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain clinical on-call duties as required and support service improvement initiatives.
Role Details

Role may involve working with adults and paediatric clients, and requires flexibility to travel and, where needed, work outside core hours. You will be required to develop strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to quality and contractual compliance.
