Responsibilities
- First and foremost – work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives, supporting colleagues and having fun in the process.
- Provide the highest quality of personalised care to residents in line with their individual care plans.
- Facilitate leisure and social activities as an important part of the day.
- Be kind and supportive to residents, their families and colleagues in every interaction.
What skills do I need?
- Team work – a happy team supports happy residents and a happy home.
- Experience is not essential; training and support will be provided. Being caring, enthusiastic and energetic is important.
- Good communication skills and a flexible approach.
- Kindness and a genuine regard for older people, with respect and dignity for all.
