Job Title:Advanced Practice Radiographer in Mammography
Banding:Band 8a
Location: London, Greater London
Start Date:ASAP
End Date:05/11/2025
Rate:£36-£40 per hour
Working hours:37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Radiographer in Mammography to join our esteemed client in London. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for performing mammography procedures with a high degree of accuracy and care, conducting interventional procedures of the breast in an NHS setting, and working within symptomatic breast imaging in the NHS. You will also maintain and calibrate radiographic equipment, ensure strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • HCPC registered radiographer.
  • Certificate of mammography.
  • PGCert in Interventional Procedures.
  • Experience of working in symptomatic breast imaging in the NHS.
  • Experience of undertaking interventional procedures of the breast in an NHS setting.
