Our Specialist Occupational Health (OH) services encompass the medical aspects of an individual's fitness for work, to include employment, deployment, rehabilitation, provision of advice to commanders, assessment of health on leaving the Armed Forces and (Army only) ill-health retirement. It is a key contributor to force preparation, force multiplication and force sustainment, and is a common thread through all health and wellbeing interventions.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, organised and enthusiastic Band 7 Occupational Health Clinician to join our vibrant and fast paced organisation that seeks to sustain and improve the operational efficiency of injured service personnel by supporting the delivery of a peripatetic occupational health service.
The vacancy is primarily located at Regional Occupational Health Team (ROHT) Colchester and is a full-time post of 37.5 hours per week. Requests to work flexibly and/or part time will be considered, taking into account business needs. Clinical activity is delivered both face to face on site in Colchester and remotely for other sites.
