We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Macmillan Cancer Health and Wellbeing Manager (formerly known as Macmillan cancer information and support manager) at BHRUT. This part‑time role is an integral part of the Personalised Cancer Care Team (PCC) within the Trust’s oncology department, which serves a population of approximately 750,000. The PCC provides personalised care and support for patients living with a cancer diagnosis from diagnosis and throughout the patient's pathway.
You will be responsible for leading on the provision of excellent cancer information and support, continuing the established health and wellbeing sessions for cancer patients and their families or carers, and providing line management for the complementary therapy service and welfare and benefits officer.
