We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DEXA Radiographer to join our esteemed client in Scunthorpe. This role involves performing bone density scans using Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) to assess patients for conditions such as osteoporosis and other metabolic bone disorders. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring accurate imaging, supporting clinical teams, and delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
As a DEXA Radiographer, you will be responsible for conducting bone densitometry scans, ensuring precise positioning and imaging to optimise diagnostic outcomes. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including radiologists and healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive patient care. Additionally, you will maintain high standards of imaging quality, adhere to NHS protocols, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
