Working Pattern:Monday- Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm, including 45min lunch
Rate:£28 – £39 per hour
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Pharmacy Ward Pharmacist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive ward-based pharmacy services, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of patient care and supporting the multidisciplinary team in delivering excellent service.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing ward-based pharmacy services, including medication reconciliation, clinical screening, and patient counselling. You will work closely with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy, manage discharge medications, and ensure seamless transitions of care. Your role will also involve participating in ward rounds, supporting clinical audits, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy department.
