Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical interventions and health assessments to support children’s wellbeing.
  • Conduct health screenings and implement national public health guidance.
  • Address safeguarding concerns professionally and participate in multi-agency meetings.
  • Mentor Band 5 School Nurses and students.
  • Collaborate with schools, health professionals, and social services.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with NHS and Trust governance standards.

Role Purpose
