A leading healthcare provider in St Albans is looking for a Band 6 Redevelopment Programme Coordinator. Key responsibilities include managing financial processes and programme coordination. The ideal candidate will possess programme coordination skills and experience in NHS-related projects. This role offers a salary between £40,617 and £48,778 a year, pro rata, including HCA.

West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is delivering one of the most ambitious hospital redevelopment programmes in the NHS and we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and motivated SACH Redevelopment Programme Coordinator (Band 6) to join our Redevelopment Team. Based at St Albans City Hospital (SACH) (with travel to other sites), you will play a key role in coordinating programme activities, managing procurement and financial processes and supporting project planning and reporting.
This is a fast‑paced and rewarding role, working closely with clinical, operational and corporate colleagues, as well as external partners, to help deliver modern, sustainable facilities for our patients, staff and communities. If you have strong programme or project coordination experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels, we would love to hear from you.
