We are looking for an enthusiastic Band 6 Occupational Therapists , part time (24 hours per week). Opportunities available to join the Community Rehabilitation Team in North Lincolnshire, Scunthorpe 24 hours per week - flexibility of the daily hours can be agreed. We have an exciting opportunity to join a new mental health community rehabilitation service for people living in North Lincolnshire and we are looking for enthusiastic and innovative professionals to help us embed this new 7-day service. The service will enable people to receive an intensive community rehabilitation service closer to home in their own community. We are transforming with the NHS Long Term Plan (2019 for Mental Health at the heart of our innovations. The community rehabilitation service will consist of a multi-disciplinary, multi-agency workforce, working collaboratively between Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) and North Lincolnshire Council to share skills and specialisms to support individuals and improve their quality of life.
