Job Title:Neuro / Trauma Physiotherapist
Banding:Band 6
Location: Whitechapel
Hours:8AM – 4PM (Monday to Friday)
Start Date:ASAP
Rate:£25 – £28 per hour
Duration:1 month

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Neuro / Trauma Physiotherapist to join our esteemed client in Whitechapel. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic hospital environment, where you will be responsible for managing patients in major trauma orthopaedics, plastics, and neurosciences/trauma. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of patient care, which is critical for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for independent patient management in major trauma orthopaedics, plastics, and neurosciences/trauma, including respiratory care and patients with tracheostomy. You will work jointly with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), perform functional tasks, and delegate responsibilities to Rehabilitation Support Workers (RSWs).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • HCPC registration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in major trauma orthopaedics, plastics, and neurosciences/trauma.
  • Independent patient management in the specified areas, including respiratory care and tracheostomy patients.
  • Joint MDT working.
  • Proficiency in performing functional tasks.
  • Ability to delegate tasks to RSWs.
