Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Dietician to join our team in Wales. This locum position offers a mix of face-to-face and remote work, with two days on-site and additional days remotely. The role involves providing care for the elderly, supporting within the hospital, and conducting general community clinics. This is an ongoing position with competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nutritional assessments and interventions for elderly patients.
• Support hospital staff with dietary plans and patient care.
• Conduct general community clinics, offering dietary advice and support.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits.

Requirements:

• Registered Dietician with relevant qualifications.
• Experience in a Band 6 role within a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
• Experience in elderly care is preferred.
