Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months post qualification experience at Band 5 or above in an NHS organisation.
• Experience in CT imaging.
• Awareness and good working knowledge of QA programmes.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between General X-ray and CT as part of a dynamic imaging department.
• Lead and supervise junior staff and/or student Radiographers.
• Participate in 24/7 rosters and flexible working.

Skills

Computer literate including Radiology Information Systems/PACs

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to organise and prioritise (self and others)

Experience of Leading a Team/Ability to lead others

Ability to work unsupervised / Lone work

Education

BSc Diagnostic Radiography or DCR (equivalent)
