What you will do

• Provide comprehensive assessment and rehabilitation for individuals post-stroke, focusing on communication and swallowing disorders.
• Work predominantly with clients dealing with aphasia, apraxia of speech, cognitive-communication disorders, and dysphagia.
• Travel within the community, delivering services directly to clients in their homes, thereby providing a personalised and accessible therapeutic experience.
• Utilise your experience and training, particularly in dysphagia if possible, to manage and improve client outcomes effectively.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring holistic care and client-centred rehabilitation.
• This position requires HCPC registration and the ability to travel independently, so having your own vehicle is essential.
