Banding: Band 6/7
Location: Cirencester
Salary: £55,000 - £61,861 per annum
Working hours: Full-time (36 hours per week) or Part-time (30 hours per week)

The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our community pharmacy in Cirencester and make a real impact on the lives of hundreds of people every day. Whether you’re supporting pharmacists, providing top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will be meaningful and rewarding.

Your main responsibilities as a Pharmacy Manager:

You will ensure accurate and timely supply of prescriptions. You will deliver a range of NHS and Private services and provide healthcare advice to customers. You will play an active role in our charity support program, offering advice to people at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. You will lead, train, and develop colleagues to achieve their full potential. You will build strong relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs’ surgeries. You will ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items. You will use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff availability to meet customer needs.
