We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Dietitian to join our esteemed client in Dorchester. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of dietary care, which is critical for accurate patient treatment and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in managing an adult caseload, providing face-to-face dietary consultations and interventions. You will assess, diagnose, and treat dietary and nutritional problems, develop and implement personalised nutrition plans, and monitor patient progress. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families on nutritional principles, dietary plans, and lifestyle modifications. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining meticulous records and documentation, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • HCPC Registration.
  • Must be registered and have a degree in the field.
  • Experience working in a similar post within the NHS.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
