We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 5/6 Locum Dietitian to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. This role is based in Laurel Lodge, Uxbridge, and involves managing a community caseload. The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible and will be committed to providing high-quality nutritional care and support to our patients.

As a Band 5/6 Locum Dietitian, you will be responsible for managing a diverse community caseload, conducting home visits, and providing comprehensive nutritional assessments and interventions. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your role will also involve monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of nutritional interventions, particularly in enteral feeding and nutrition support, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
