A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Band 6 Service Desk Analyst to provide on-site first line ICT support in Ballymoney until March 2026. Candidates should have strong technical skills, a relevant qualification in ICT, and at least 6 months of experience. A full UK driving licence is required. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
MCS Group is working with a Public Sector body who are looking for a Band 6 Service Desk Analyst for a temporary post until March 2026. The Service Desk Analyst will work full-time on site, and provide first line ICT support to service users, ensuring that incidents and service requests are logged, monitored and resolved in line with agreed service levels.
You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality ICT service to staff and users, working closely with colleagues, third-party providers and internal customers.
Applicants must meet one of the following qualification/experience routes:
Band 4 (entry point on the scale £26,530)
9am - 5pm / Monday - Friday
Until March 2026
Ballymoney (on-site).
