A Vacancy at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

Finchley Memorial Community Diagnostic Centre offers convenient access to important diagnostic tests including Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Phlebotomy, Respiratory and Imaging Tests – including CT, MRI, Ultrasound and X-Ray in a non-acute outpatient setting.

Role Overview

In this position you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide a quality clinical support service for our patients and referring medical staff. This will involve providing clinical support to practitioners and doctors throughout the departments and assisting with manual handling tasks in a manner which is safe for both patients and staff. You will be required to rotate through all of the clinical areas mentioned above and assist the staff in providing the highest quality of care to a diverse range of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support in Cardiology, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, X-ray and Mobile Scanning units.
  • Assist doctors and clinical staff.
  • Perform IV cannulation when required (training will be given).
  • Participate in weekend rotation.
Employment Details
  • Full time – 37.5 hours per week.
  • Probation period: 6 months.
  • No teams or Skype interviews will be available.
