Job summary

A childcare provider in Belfast is seeking a qualified childcare professional to manage the daily running of the baby room, ensuring individual care for each child. Candidates must have a Level 3 qualification in Children's Care and be flexible, caring, and able to work well in a team. This is a permanent position with 37.5 hours per week at a salary of £14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Level 3 qualification in Children's Care.
• Certificates in relevant areas preferable.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Job description

Encourage, enable and motivate your room team and the children in your care. Assist in observations of childrens development, create and deliver a varied routine to inspire and teach the children. Record and maintain appropriate paper work. Build a good relationships with staff and parents so you can all work as a team. Be flexible, caring and fun with common sense in abundance
