We are doris, a startup in the growing International Schools sector that’s helping parents worldwide make one of their biggest decisions of their lives: find the right school for their children.

But we can’t do that without a B2C Marketing Manager to help us put our platform on the radar of as many families as possible. If you join us, you’ll get to step up, lead initiatives end-to-end, and have a real voice in shaping our growth.

We don’t mind where you work from and how, as long as the job is done. You can work from anywhere in the UK, enjoy up to 40 days off (including public holidays), and get the kind of career development that can take you to the next step in 6–12 months, depending on your performance.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Own and deliver our B2C marketing plan across paid (Meta and Google Ads) and organic acquisition channels.
  • Manage our organic content and social presence - this will include things like Facebook, Instagram and doris’ blog
  • You’ll work with freelancers - and eventually team members - to deliver B2C content and SEO outputs, and you’ll guide what good looks like.
  • Build communities of expat parents - think Facebook groups, but also forums and other channels they use to share information
  • Test new channels for user acquisition and finding what works best
  • Working closely with the CMO to share results, feedback and improvements
What you’ll need:

Startups like doris are not for everyone: while they offer a lot of flexibility and quick progression, they are fast-paced environments where things move and change quickly. To us, soft skills and adaptability matter just as much as the hard skills.

  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role
  • You have hands‑on experience managing Meta campaigns and have owned paid acquisition performance. This means you have to have managed paid channels yourself, rather than freelancers or direct reports.
  • You’re confident using performance data to make decisions — you know how to read CAC, CPAs, and funnel metrics, even if you’re not an analyst.
  • You’ll have worked in a startup before, or you’ll know how to adapt in an environment where no two days are the same
  • Adaptability, quick thinking and a willingness to experiment are a must
