A marketing solutions company in the United Kingdom seeks a Marketing Manager responsible for executing a comprehensive annual marketing strategy. Are you happy focused on delivery, moving from project to project to support an annual marketing strategy? Do you have wide marketing experience Across CRM, content, print, digital and events? Do you have experience working in a B2B environment, ideally with exposure to trade/wholesalers marketing?

This is a very fast‑paced position requiring experience across a wide range of marketing channels both offline and digital. Supported by one direct report and multiple agencies, you will be a self‑starter, confident and organised, an excellent planner and project manager, happy delivering a planned annual marketing strategy.

While the role isn't strategic in terms of the overall plan, it is creative in terms of it's influence within it, and you will be expected to both be the tone of voice and brand guardian and lead in terms of the projects in conjunction with external agency support.

Responsibilities
  • Creation and management of the content calendar/plan in conjunction with our external content agency. This will involve planning across all channels including social (organic and paid), web and e‑mail.
  • Assist in the creation of added value tools and brand materials to enable the sales team and customers to activate in‑line with brand guidelines
  • Manage the delivery of events and exhibitions
  • Leading the organisation of an annual global sales conference
  • Supporting the Head of Brand with new product launches
  • Implement the agreed yearly advertising plan for all direct markets
  • Main contact for global distribution partners and direct customers in terms of being their day‑to‑day marketing support, product launches and campaign assets
  • Build and maintaining strong relationships with a multitude of internal stakeholders across various disciplines
Required Experience
  • You must have held a broad marketing role with an active and integrated digital strategy
  • Experience of working in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
  • Ability to project manage a range of activities at any one time for multiple markets and customers.
  • Good analytical skills with a broad understanding of marketing metrics.
