Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar spa role is required.
• Must be motivated to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Qualification in reflexology, deep tissue massage, or related fields is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star service from guests' arrival to departure.
• Perform all core treatments to the highest standard.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services and products.
• Upsell treatments and products to increase sales.
• Complete tasks as requested by the Senior Therapist and Spa Manager.
• Promote the spa’s product line and establish relationships with local clients.
