Job description

Emerson Aviation team is looking for an Aviation Maintenance Technician team member to provide technical and administrative support to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant aircraft maintenance operations. This individual should be an accomplished aircraft maintenance per the FAA standards.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Perform inspections required by the manufacturers of engines, airframes, and components.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Repair flight discrepancies.
  • Complete the necessary documents for maintenance performed.
  • Maintain control of company tools and their storage.
  • Assist ground support as required in ground towing and storage of company aircraft.
  • Complete training modules as required.
  • Follow company policies.

  • You follow through on commitments and make sure others do the same.
  • You provide timely, analysis and executive summaries to multiple layers of leadership across the organization.
  • You adapt quickly to changing conditions and remain calm/composed, even when situations are uncertain.
For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Five years' experience as an A/P Mechanic
  • Open to working B shift
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Airframe and Powerplant License Required
  • I/A license preferred but not required
