Role Summary and Impact

We are looking for a diligent AV manager with at least two years of experience to work on the Boots & Nestle accounts. In this role you will be responsible for the entire investment process within AV, where you will be managing media delivery across all aspects of TV, with audit guarantees in mind.

Ideally we would also like to see knowledge across other AV channels such as Online Video, Addressable TV, OOH TV, Cinema and Radio. This is to ensure you are equipped to plan all facets of AV within an industry leading team.

In three months, you would have:
  • Have a full understanding of all the key investment tools across AV.
  • Understand the capabilities of your team members, with a plan to manage high performers. Upskilling the buyers and execs.
  • Built a strong working relationship with the other individuals within AV. This will be key – you will be pivotal in creating the right environment for all our planner-buyers to develop, grow and create great work.
  • Gained a good understanding of the client businesses which you will oversee.
  • Overseen the delivery of all AV plans on time and without errors.
  • Have a solid grasp of all the commercial aspects of your role (clients’ businesses and ours).
In six months, you would have:
  • Demonstrated your ability to make AV recommendations for the benefit of the audit.
  • Implemented a robust airtime management process to show how our AV planning and buying is pushing their businesses forward (beyond just media metrics).
  • Built strong working relationships with all key stakeholders internally and externally, this includes key client contacts, Comms Planners and Investment Leads within our Business Unit.
In 12 months, you would have:
  • Delivered consistent campaigns vs plan.
  • Be able to lead AV junior members of the team with minimal input from the Director.
  • To form an opinion on the overall investment approach, guiding media outside TV.
