Your Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and diagnose vehicles
• Collaborate with the shop foreman and service advisors on repairs
• Communicate additional service needs clearly and promptly
• Plan work procedures with the shop foreman to ensure efficiency
• Provide accurate labor time estimates to service advisors
• Monitor repair progress and keep advisors updated regularly
• Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operation
• Complete detailed repair documentation for customers
• Attend ongoing company and factory training sessions
• Stay current with factory technical bulletins and industry updates
