Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-lead experience in the automotive Service, Maintenance & Repair sector.
• Experience in a fast-fit, tyre, brake, exhaust centre or a busy independent garage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Lead, motivate and coach an effective workshop team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Carry out hands-on technical work as required.

Skills

Supervisory or team-lead experience in automotive sector

Education

Level 3 Technician qualification (desirable)
