Responsibilities
  • Design and development of technical drawings for site setting out.
  • Architect, engineer, customer and client liaison, ensuring design requirements are understood.
  • Make adjustments to pre‑existing drawings to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, submit drawings in line with deadlines, work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Attend site visits where necessary.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering/Architecture or related field, or background in Surveying/Construction/Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Previous practical experience with a variety of CAD packages.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong organisational and communicational skills and confidence to liaise with third parties.
  • Full, valid UK driver’s licence.
