Autism Support worker – Reference: ASW/Ellesmereport/3

Pay rate: £14.01 per hour including holiday pay, weekly pay. Join Jane Lewis Healthcare as an Agency Care Assistant in the Ellesmere Port area. Jane Lewis is a leading healthcare agency that puts people first, and is committed to delivering high-quality care and supporting those most vulnerable.

As this is an agency position you would be offered shifts in a variety of settings including supported living and residential services, supporting a range of individuals with varying needs. There will be opportunities to work with elderly individuals living with dementia in the area.

This role also requires you to attend 4 days mandatory face to face training.

We can offer you a flexible position with opportunities for development and continuous support from our branch team.

Responsibilities
  • Work across a range of settings (supported living and residential services) to support individuals with varying needs, including autism and dementia.
  • Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support to service users to promote independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with care teams to implement individual care plans.
  • Attend the mandatory face-to-face training sessions as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Are over the age of 18 to apply

  • Able to work waking night shifts
