Reporting To: Quality Systems & Control Mgr

Work Schedule: Onsite - Wolverhampton, GBR

Are you passionate about precision, process improvement, and driving excellence in manufacturing? Moog Military Aircraft Group Wolverhampton is seeking a proactive and technically adept OSV Quality Auditor to lead audits, support operator training, and champion continuous improvement across our production and development environments.

You'll play a critical role in assessing risk, ensuring process conformity, and enhancing product quality through hands-on inspection, collaboration, and problem-solving. This is a high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, technical depth, and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute audits to evaluate process effectiveness and operator competency
  • Assist in training operators on quality procedures and inspection methods
  • Provide technical guidance to operators on workmanship standards
  • Support Business Systems and product audits as needed
  • Collaborate on problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Report findings and improvement opportunities to Management
  • Sample inspect parts using advanced inspection techniques
