Job description

Overview

APM is looking for an additional member to join its Audit & Assurance Committee. This board-level group has a wide remit covering internal audit, external audit and corporate risk management. The Committee meets three times per year; once in person and the rest online. The position is not remunerated but expenses are paid.

Responsibilities

• Participate in governance and oversight of internal audit, external audit and risk management within APM.
• Attend three Committee meetings per year (one in person, two online) and contribute to discussions and decision-making at board level.
