Audiology Technician – Join a Team That Changes Lives (and Earns Rewards!)
Location: Princeton, NJ

At Virsono Hearing Center, we’re on a mission to transform lives through better hearing — and we’re looking for someone just as passionate about patient care and helping people find the right solutions. If you have strong people skills, enjoy building trust, and are motivated by reaching goals, this could be the perfect opportunity.

We welcome applicants from diverse healthcare backgrounds — Certified MA, LVN, LPN, licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, or Certified Audiology Assistant — and we’ll provide training and certification for the right candidate.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Change Lives Every Day: Help patients hear better and live better — this is meaningful work.
  • Be a Key Player: You’ll guide patients from their first visit through selecting and fitting the right hearing solution.
  • Earn for Your Impact: Competitive base pay with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses for meeting clinic sales and patient success goals.
  • Career Growth: Defined advancement path plus sponsored Audiology Assistant certification.
  • Great Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and more.
  • Supportive, Fast-Paced Team: Work alongside professionals who care about patient success as much as you do.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and guide them through their entire hearing journey.
  • Obtain hearing and health histories, perform screenings, and assist with advanced hearing evaluations.
  • Support audiologists in fitting and programming hearing devices — including Earlens Direct Contact Devices and acoustic hearing aids.
  • Educate and inspire patients to take action on their hearing health, including confidently presenting hearing aid solutions and closing sales.
  • Meet or exceed individual and clinic-level sales goals by following our proven service and sales model.
  • Troubleshoot devices, manage follow-ups, and ensure an exceptional patient experience every step of the way.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily clinic operations to keep things running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve both patient satisfaction and revenue targets.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Passion for Patient Care: You love helping people improve their lives through better hearing.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Comfortable presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and celebrating when patients say “yes.”
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by reaching performance metrics and earning incentives.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
  • Tech savvy and proficient with patient management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • If you’re excited by the idea of combining patient care with goal-driven results — and being rewarded for your success — we’d love to have you on our team!
