Qualifications

• 4 years of audio-visual experience in installation, onsite, or tech support.
• Ability to terminate cables, including Cat5/6, RS232, and Audio TRS.
• Knowledge of audio room acoustic optimisation.
• Effective communication skills, especially with clients.
• Clean driving license and a current passport holder.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-implementation fault finding and repair of audio-visual equipment.
• Provide phone/email tech support and complete PM reports.
• Maintain site cleanliness and communicate with customers.
