AV Operations Manager, UK
Convene, a global leader in premium meeting, event, flexible office, and membership spaces, is seeking a full-time AV Operations Manager to join our Operations team in London. This role supports the property's Technology Manager in all aspects of event planning, production, execution, and AV people operations. The AV Operations Manager will be instrumental in ensuring seamless technological delivery for all meetings and events, fostering a positive and efficient AV team environment. They will exemplify a passion for Hospitality, Events, and AV Technology, while cultivating a positive and inclusive employee culture. This individual will partner with and report directly to both the Technology Manager and the Venue Manager.
What You’ll Do:
The AV Operations Manager delivers and supports technology services including networking, desktop support, audio, video, HSIA, webcasting, and basic lighting for corporate meetings and events. This role collaborates with customers, the AV Management Team, and property/event teams to ensure excellent meeting and client experiences.

Control: Familiarity with Crestron control systems and associated hardware, familiarity with AVoIP fundamentals a plus
