Job description

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing technology services business delivering high-end Audio Visual solutions across London and the South East. You’ll be working on professionally delivered AV environments rather than messy “plug and pray” installs, with exposure to enterprise and premium workplace builds.

Based primarily on customer sites in London, you’ll also collaborate with the wider team from the Maidenhead office when required. This is not a factory-line install role, it’s for someone who wants to be an engineer, not just an installer.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality AV installations and commissioning for customer environments.
• Configure and commission control systems, DSPs, and signal processing platforms.
• Program, test, and troubleshoot Crestron and Extron-based AV solutions.
• Carry out site surveys and provide technical input into solution design.
• Support installation teams with fault diagnosis and live system testing.
• Work directly with clients during handover, testing, and post-install support.
• Maintain documentation, system schematics, and commissioning records.
• Ensure projects are completed to agreed technical and quality standards.

Skills / Must Have :

• Hands-on experience with Crestron systems.
• Experience working with Extron platforms.

Salary :

£45,000–£50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location :
