A dedicated educational institution in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated individual to assist the Attendance Manager in improving student attendance. The ideal candidate will help promote the importance of good attendance and support families in ensuring students attend school. The position involves overseeing attendance data and responding to absence inquiries. Training is provided, and alignment with core values focused on student outcomes is essential. 35 hours a week, 08.00am to 3.30pm, 39 weeks a year
To play a key role in the development of attendance as part of whole-school improvement. The main aim is to raise student achievement through actively promoting the importance of good attendance.
Under the direction and supervision of the Attendance Manager with accountability for attendance:
Training will be provided, so prior experience is not essential, however an interest in ‘Bringing out the Best’ in every student/pupil in their learning outcomes.
