A UK-based educational trust is seeking an Attendance Improvement Manager at their academy in Milton Keynes. This role involves leading a team focused on enhancing student attendance and punctuality while working directly with families to address attendance issues. We are looking for a passionate, talented and rigorous practitioner who can lead a team of two Attendance Improvement Leaders, as well as an Attendance Improvement Co-ordinator, to develop a positive culture of attendance at the academy. They will be part of the Pastoral Team and will be directly accountable to the member of Senior Leadership Team who has strategic oversight of Attendance.
We are based in central Milton Keynes, an area that continues to grow and thrive at a rapid rate. The Milton Keynes Academy joined Creative Education Trust in September 2018. This has enabled the school to continue its rigorous pursuit of rapid improvement for the children it teaches.
