Overview

Thank you for your interest in the role of Attendance Improvement Manager at The Milton Keynes Academy.

We are looking for a passionate, talented and rigorous practitioner who can lead a team of two Attendance Improvement Leaders, as well as an Attendance Improvement Co-ordinator, to develop a positive culture of attendance at the academy. They will be part of the Pastoral Team and will be directly accountable to the member of Senior Leadership Team who has strategic oversight of Attendance.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for promoting excellent attendance and punctuality and reducing levels of absence and lateness.
  • Work directly with children and families to promote high levels of attendance and punctuality.
  • Lead and manage a team comprising two Attendance Improvement Leaders and an Attendance Improvement Co-ordinator.
