Associate Technician

Our client is looking for an Associate Technician to join their team, taking a leading role in delivering complex civil and structural projects.

Working across a hybrid model, this role combines hands‑on technical work with digital modelling and design coordination in a BSI ISO 19650‑certified environment.

The successful candidate will help drive innovation and efficiency in workflows across Revit, Civil 3D, and point‑cloud scanning, ensuring modelling, coordination, and information management remain at the forefront of the industry. Projects span substations, data centres, bridges, major infrastructure, commercial buildings, and temporary works, offering unmatched variety and technical challenge.

This is a high‑impact role that blends technical delivery with leadership. The Associate Technician will oversee drawing production, mentor junior staff, manage risk and compliance, and contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the practice, all while supporting client relationships and project profitability.
