Qualifications

• 3 - 8 years PQE in litigation and/or catastrophic injury.
• Interest or experience in Employers Liability, Public Liability, RTA.
• Capable of handling high value defendant personal injury files.
• Familiar with commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of high value claims including EL, PL, and RTA matters.
• Draft pleadings and attend court hearings.
• Prioritize work effectively and adhere to deadlines.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Support junior team members.
