Job Description

The Associate/Senior Associate - D&O/Coverage will be:

• Acting on defence work advising directors and companies on breach of duty and contract claims
• Advising insurers on policy coverage, interpretation, and disputes under D&O and financial institutions policies
• Managing complex claims from inception through resolution
• Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to support business growth
• Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate/Senior Associate - D&O/Coverage should have at least 2+ PQE experience in this area - our client will look up to Senior Associate/LD level
