A respected law firm in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Associate to join their Real Estate Finance team. The role involves advising clients on structured property finance transactions, drafting facility agreements, and managing transactions from start to finish. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years PQE in real estate finance and possess strong drafting and negotiation skills. Hybrid working is supported, requiring a minimum of three days in-office.

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000
